Sharing of Physical and Digital Materials
- Obtaining physical materials through the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service
- Obtaining photocopies or scanned copies of documents through the Document Delivery method
Data Resource Sharing
- Consortium data can be accessed by all registered users
- Library resource sharing is carried out through three methods, namely: Data Harvesting, Web Upload, and Web Catalogue
Cataloguing
- Users can copy records in the KIK system to be imported into the consortium LMS
- Users can copy records from external databases (external sources)
- Registered users who do not have a Library Management System (LMS) can use the Web Catalogue platform to manage institutional records
Consortium Data Management
Registered users are granted authority to manage consortium data:
- Create consortium user accounts
- Define the scope of work for consortium users
- Update organizational profiles
- Ensure the availability of consortium data
- Ensure consortium data is always up to date
Report and Statistics Generation
- Registered users are able to generate reports and statistics according to the consortium’s requirements
